Enzybel Intl Joins Science Center Port Business Incubator

PHILADELPHIA--(February 14, 2011) –   Enzybel International, a Belgian company dedicated to the production and commercialization of compounds derived from the nature, has established a U.S. office at the University City Science Center’s Port Business Incubator. 

Enzybel’s main business areas are the production of natural enzymes: papain, bromelain, ficin and actinidin; wastewater management; and snail extracts production
Enzybel is the newest participant in the Science Center’s global Soft Landing program, which fosters international business in the U.S. by helping global companies establish a foothold in local life sciences and information technology markets.  Along with Belgium, companies from China, France, Germany, Japan, Singapore, Spain and the United Kingdom participate in the Global Soft Landing program.
Enzybel International headquarters are situated in Villers-Le-Bouillet, Belgium. Enzybel International has three production sites: two located in Belgium and one in Indonesia for the bromelain production. Their new Philadelphia office is located at 3624 Market Street.
